Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.1 Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours or before processing.
  • No cancellations are permitted once the order has been processed or dispatched.

1.2 Non-Refundable Items

• All food items once prepared

• Perishable food items once dispatched

• Delays due to customs or courier services

• Seized or rejected shipments

• Customer refusal or incorrect address provided

1.3 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only if:

  • The product is damaged in transit.
  • An incorrect or missing item was received.
  • Food products are spoiled at delivery (subject to verification).

1.4 Refund Request Process

To initiate a request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order ID along with clear photos/videos of the issue.

1.5 Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
